If parents feel they have unresolved concerns over any aspect of their child’s education, after having discussed the matter with both the class teacher and the Headteacher, then the Chair of Governors should be approached. The Headteacher will provide necessary telephone numbers etc so that the Chair and Vice Chair can be contacted on these occasions.
